i made a 2nd attempt at a cheesecake all by myself and ohhhhhh
i was SO careful this time, that it turned out PERFECT!
no cracks, perfect size crust, even color… just smooth as butter.
I know no one should get excited about these things,
but dammit i am super freaking jazzed!
I need more…
I want that cheese cake! I worked hard on that first one!
